From ODOT: "June 8, 2010 - Crews have punched through the snow atop McKenzie Pass on Highway 242. Highway is available to bicyclists and pedestrians only."
When it was time to pick which of the San Juan Islands to visit, only one of the major islands, Orcas Island, is considered "hilly". The choice was very, very easy. Orcas, here we come! None of these folks got off at Orcas, which made me wonder...
"Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads..."
